Has anyone else developed Parkinsons when recording 1080p videos? Even when I had the phone resting on something while recording, when I watch it back it looks like I'm waving the phone around.
 
finally fell off the sensation <> sgs2 fence on the sgs2 side, Free phone, £27/mo, 300 mins, unlimited txts, 500Mb, 24 months.
on o2 through dialaphone, o2 said they can't match it as an upgrade but will merge my account with the new one so I don't lose my account history/bband discount once I've received it.

Not my phone but the Toshiba HD camcorder I have does exactly the same thing! I was recording those MHL videos and on some of them it looks like someone was moving the camera o.0 - It was on a tripod!

I think it might be face detection "hunting" around the frame though.




Or ghosts.
 
Woohooo, phone just turned up. Just got to find an elcheapo case to use until my Sena case turns up. Any of the high street shops have a slip case that will fit ?

I still need to get a MHL/OTG cable!
 
Ok with widget locker, I've noticed that when the phone is plugged into a usb port, and the MTP app is running, I've noticed the old lock screen reappears when you unlock the screen... Anyone else getting this? Any fixes?

My hands are not very steady at the best of times. Quite a few of my videos are very shaky because I've just drained all my energy before recording lol
 
What is it with the accessories being out of stock everywhere? Ordered a Samsung desk dock a week ago from the jungle river that was apparently "in stock but may take 2 extra days to deliver" and I've still not got it. Likewise the HDMI cable.

Whilst on the subject. WTF is with the prices they're charging for these things?

It's Samsung. It's supposed to be bloody cheap compared to Apple. But it aint.

Well mine's gone back :( Was a bloody hard fight to get 3 to return it mind, I see now why their customer service is so hated, its atrocious! Got passed around 4 different departments in India, all of them saying that because I'd opened the phone and used it that they couldn't give me a refund! Eventually I got through to an english person who said that they would cancel it because I was experiencing network issues (no signal at work). Now I have to remember to phone the bank in the morning and tell them to not let 3 take any money from me!

Same here. Quite annoying really. Doesn't seem so bad when the camera is absolutely still, but the slightest movement seems to set off the autofocusing.

have you sent it back because of poor signal at work or other things as well?

Just because of the poor signal really, I like the phone other than that. Problem is nowhere else offers such good 3G coverage and data allowances as 3 and so I feel that if I were to get another on another network I wouldn't be making the most of it :(
Might just stick with the BB until I can find some better deals on the other networks. Ideally I would go on Voda but all their contracts offer a measly 500mb unless you spend over £40 a month which is a joke. I barely use any minutes so instead I want data but companies don't seem to cater for that.
