Small update but progress is pretty tough for me currently.

125 / 150 / 175 -------- [78] Total 450

Bench was with wrist straps.
Squat and sumo deadlift with belt.

I don't think it's a problem if people don't, it probably just means your a pussy.

I generally train with mates so it's never a problem, but even if I was alone I'd generally try to video all of my bigger lifts so I can see where my form breaks. Although granted this is only really important from a powerlifting point of view, but I still find it interesting looking at other peoples efforts.

Was planning on going for 1RM in squat and bench today, but my left knee feels terrible. A slight twist of the leg and I get a sharp pain, I guess it could be a tendon or something? I'm not sure what's brought it on either...:(

Cristian I would say try using smaller plates for a while and start your lift a little lower, it will develop your bottom part of your deadlift. I start almost in a parallel position now where as I used to have my arse higher like you.
