Took a couple of quick snaps from the garden so you can see how great the camera is. These are unmodified using the 6 mega pixel option (8mp is only 4:3 not 16:9). There is no direct light outside, that area is in the shade in the evening.

there any easy way to backup game data? Me and the gf have quite a few games on my gs2 and id like to flash/finally root etc but i think i might be killed if i lost her game progress

It's all on XDA and it's a no wipe rom as well.

Am I right in thinking I no longer need to bother with the KF3 etc update through Kies now 2.3.4 is available as it will contain all the new thing-ame-doodas.

mrk is there a layman's to this rooting, ROM-ing and kernel-ing process to us virgin flashers (oo-err)?

the ROM threads on XDA have links to the guides just follow those but it's pretty straight forward once you're rooted (see the big root guide there). Rooting is easy as well, just follow the steps and job done.

mmm i cant seem to root... click start on odin, and no blue line appears on phone.

any help?

edit seems its a driver messup... windows auto installs from win update, ones i have that are for odin/cf wont install...

i wasnt aware you need drivers for odin, but make sure you havent got kies running.

uninstalled kies a while back as it didn't work anyway (missing parts from uk in older version?) anyway, what drivers do i need, as i cant get the ones i found in a guide to install
