I'm sure I'm not the only one here with that problem :D I'm not fat at all - my current BMI is 20.8 and it was 21.4, but I lost 2kg recently.

So will running 10km 5 days a week bring any changes to the stomach area in let's say 2 months? And I'm not talking about a six pack, but just a visible decrease of stomach fat.

Any other suggestions that doesn't include visiting a sports centre or a gym, because that is very inconvenient in my case. Also I don't have the necessary space at home to set up any fitness equipment.

Please share your thoughts on this matter. Thank you.

No, if anything it will make you more fat as your liver gets better at turning food in to fatty acids due to extended exercise. You will possibly gain 10-20 kg.

Diet? I have the same problem; I'm not fat, but I have a lot of flab in the stomach area which I'd love to get rid of. I need more exercise and a better diet for that though, and I can't be bothered :/

Also running is notoriously harmful for your heart, you can develop "athlete's heart" which is an enlarged heart.

Skipping definitely seems to be more intense than running. In my case skipping is more effective at burning stomach fat than runnin.

I've found bouncing around on the balls of my feet while skipping much less painful than pounding the roads running. I did it for that reason more than the intensity of the workout. I'm not sure which is better cardio, running or skipping, but personally, I've found skipping less painful and so I go for longer than if I was running.

Combination of skipping and running is actually the best way I found and more exciting. This also reduces the monotone of either exercise and hence the boredom factor associated with any one of them.

But imo fast skipping makes you out of breath quicker than fast running.

Really! Although I cannot disagree with this, as I have nothing specific to disporve it. With a controlled diet this cannot happen, even without one, Id highly doubt it would either.
Or are you trolling?

high fat diet - what do you mean by that

Keeping things concise, fats are not bad for you nor do they make you fat.

What makes you fat are excess calories from poor sources, particularly quick burning carbs.

You are thus better off eating fattier foods than sugary ones, for example red meat over the same calorific quantity of white bread. Be careful though, because many fatty foods are very calorific - calories in to calories out is the main thing to pay attention to.

This has been covered many times in the sports forum.

lol

I actually hope you're trolling, otherwise that is impressively stupid
