I'm sure I'm not the only one here with that problem
I'm not fat at all - my current BMI is 20.8 and it was 21.4, but I lost 2kg recently.
So will running 10km 5 days a week bring any changes to the stomach area in let's say 2 months? And I'm not talking about a six pack, but just a visible decrease of stomach fat.
Any other suggestions that doesn't include visiting a sports centre or a gym, because that is very inconvenient in my case. Also I don't have the necessary space at home to set up any fitness equipment.
