Dealing with THAT bitch at work, how do you manage it?

We have one of these in our office though she's the HR rep. Total two faced cow who will only be friendly when she needs something or is about to **** on you.

Don't let it bother you and just enjoy hearing everyone express how they hate her as much as you.

There will always be people you don't get on with or that have annoying habits or traits that boil your wee. That's just life unfortunately. Once you're a director you can fire her

Edit: You could file a grievance with HR if there is a real issue though it's going to stir a lot up and is quite serious so if it's just a general dislike I'd not bother. Though if she is belittling you, shouting at your or making you feel uncomfortable then I'd probably take it up with your line manager/office manager first and let them know so they can have a quiet word before calling in the cavalry.

Be nothing but polite to her. If she persists take it to the person above her and make it formal. If people tell you don't ignore them. In this day and age it's unacceptable and you have options available to you. What's she going to do? treat you worse?

Ignore anyone that makes comments etc, they would either do the same in your shoes or bottle it up because they don't have the guts to sort it out properly.

Well she could blacklist me in the industry in a matter of a day. She's a manager but not a director...either way I'm going to talk to the director when my contract runs out. I do SO much for SO little pay and how I am repaid? With nothing but disrespect. She talks to me as if I'm a piece of **** on her shoe.

Sounds like Post-Prod...?

Find something to show her up in front of every one failing that Get a piccy post it on here and let the photoshop guys have a bash at messing with the image, get the best one print out a few copies and stick them on the underside of the toilet seats at work.

OK make sure your not seen...... :-) revenge is sweet

At every single place I have ever worked, it's always a woman in authority who has irritated me or wound me up.

I'm not sure whether it's coincidence, whether I'm suceptible to being irritated by superior females at work, or those with female authority have some sort of chip on their shoulder against males lower down the chain. Maybe it's a combo of all three.

But yeah, it's horrible working with a miserable or mean person.
