Definitely! Will be great having pastore and aguero playing in the EPL even if it is for two of our rivals!
 
At least we now have a good looking lad to use as the figure head for our team.

also, Michael Johnson has gone to Leicester on loan, i think Sven is trying to rebuild his past City team!

He if he can get full fitness will tear the Championship apart, its great news for us that its only a loan because before the injuries he was looking really good and would still be playing today.

He wasn't fat at the time and looked a very good prospect in each game he played. Injuries and personal issues have wrecked his career, I imagine he can bounce back though.

Im not so sure. He has never really stood out for me as a player worth that much. Id rather have lavezzi or hamsik from Napoli instead. Id probably take lavezzi over aguerro as well. he's like a mini tevez in some respects, notably work ethic.

What ever happened to cavenaghi the other Argentine who promised much at a similar time to tevez and saviola.
 
Apparently Fulham have made a 'cheeky' bid for Poulsen, but I think its just reports lingering from when we nearly signed him twice before he went to Liverpool.

Haha, id take him as a squad player on a cheap, but when we were 'interested' it was for lower wages, and a much cheaper fee. Apparently if the bid is true, it's £1.5m, and Liverpool are considering whether to take the loss from the original £5m. Some interesting stats with Poulsen, like Liverpools win/concede when he is/isn't playing. Still not worth £5m though :p

Jol said he thinks this Gecov can play Murphy's game, be interesting to see. We need to stop signing bloody gingers though :p
 
We might try to hold out for more but if you've bid £1.5m for him, he's yours. He might have been a reasonable player once but not anymore; he's slow, can't pass and his positional sense is terrible.
