zh1nt0 can you tell to the hole world and clarify what kind of beta will be ? A closed beta, open , or both ?

Ive just pre-orderd the limited edition. I was going to wait a while but the lady in the store said that they pull their pre-orders without warning so better to be safe than sorry and I want the Karkand maps.

I'm looking forward to this Game. I just hope its not just BFBC3. I heard that there will be no Commander dont know if its true but it will suck if it is.
 
Yes I have given in and bought a pre-order too, from Tescos Entertainment site plus I found a 15% off voucher code which was still valid, cut it down it to about £28.00, they promise to get it to you before the release date

I'm assuming you didnt play the Alpha?

Do not fret little one! As this is indeed not BC3, this is most definitely a new game, but then do not expect Battlefield 2 either! It will have the scale of a battlefield game, but with the tight gunplay of a modern shooter with all the graphical bells and whistles.

No I never played the Alpha. I'm assuming that you have. Did you get in a Jet and could you fly really High unlike BFBC2 ?

I hope this game has hand held stingers as well as the Hughes OH-6 Cayuse light helicopter that was in the BF2 armoured fury booster pack.
 
No aircraft in the alpha unfortunately and one one APC
bit of a fail tbh but have high hopes for when its finished..

EDIT : Even if it has lots of aspects of BC2, is that so bad.
 
I don't care what it is. All I care about is the fact I had a blast playing the Alpha, and I have every faith in DICE to deliver an awesome experience for me. That's not to say that I won't provide feedback in a bid to make the game better, but what is does mean is that I have more important things in life to get worked up about. Games are an escape, as as long as I enjoy it that's cool with me. I was gutted when the Alpha ended because I was really enjoying it, despite the fact I wasn't overly keen on the map. Bring on BF3 I say!

Word for word 100% my thoughts.

I loved the alpha, now its gone I don't want to play anything else, couple that with the large scale that I believe will be/trust Dice to deliver, then colour me excited!
