Not me, but I've seen it. They are used quite frequently in Edinburgh, and they deal with whatever they feel like it would seem.

Everytime I see the things there's crap everywhere, they don't seem to consider the risk to children at all.

I remember going to Islington in 2006, walked passed dive flats then next minute walking massive Victorian homes with astons on the drive :eek:

I hate the pace of London and English cities, they have no culture nothing like the med, Wigan is fine for me, working class, slow, dull, boring, walk out of the drive and go 30 yards to me left and miles and miles of fields and farm land, love it.

In my experience I have found majority of black africans to be very friendly, educated and respectful compared to black afro-carribeans.

I think upbringing and cultural values have definite part to play.

I always look at the two groups separately

I'm not sure that there are any health risks from horse dung. Though I suppose you could claim it is a slip risk.

Horse manure is a solid waste excluded from federal EPA solid waste regulation because it neither contains significant amounts of hazardous chemicals, nor exhibits hazardous characteristics. The chemical constituents of horse manure are not toxic to humans. Horse guts do not contain significant levels of the two waterborne pathogens of greatest concern to human health risk, Cryptosporidium or Giardia, neither do they contain significant amounts of the bacteria E. coli 0157:H7 or Salmonella. Fungus, viruses, bacteria and worms found in horses have never been shown to infect humans and are unlikely to be zoonotic.

From what I can see the white dudes are just standing around watching, but the black dudes are causing most of the trouble. Nothing racist or prejudiced about that, just fact of the situation.

I'm non white by the way.

I really don't know if you're being serious. There are several dozen things in cities which are a danger to children, if they are young enough to be endangered by horse poo then their parents should probably be supervising them slightly more.

Sliping or skid risk, I know it's not as bad as dog muck but it's still doesn't lead to a clean environment does it? That's what they bang on about with the fixed penalties. Littering, if my dog can't do it and my car can't do it or even myself.. they shouldn't do it.

Disagree here to a point.

The main one being is, if that 2 sets of Adults want a crack at each other in an organised fashion.. then its fair game imo.

However I dont agree with hooligans just rampaging for the sake of it and affecting innocent people, but the problem these days is football is watered down and made for families, its left the hooligans little room for lee-way in cracking off at each other.

Its a shame that the Scousers killed their own, otherwise we would probably still have a decent scene.

Where are people watching this? I'm watching sky and bbc simultaneously and not one of them has a camera close enough to the 'protesters' to be able to distinguish race.

It's not racist at all. From what I can see in everyday life in London there seems to be a disproportionate amount of black people involved with gangs and violence. Targeting them is surely a good thing?

Police seem to be charging now..
