They are responsible for their own behaviour, no-one else. No-one else caused them to riot, loot and generally behave in a manner that would be out of place in a lawless scumhole.

The problem is a large number of individuals with a lack of personal responsibility and a sense that they are entitled to more than they have.

To argue anything else is to pander to the violent scum, which I'm pretty sure you wouldn't be considering if this was the EDL or similar...

Young lads with no qualifications, never had a job with little or no prospects of getting one. I can't say who's to blame but that's certainly part of the problem.

I have spent the last 16 years living in the welsh valleys, i can clearly tell you that their is no jobs and definitely no prospect of ones being created unless they re-open the mines.
The education system is poor at best, and most people don't see a way out hence the string of suicides that go mostly unreported in the media, yet amazingly theres never been any riots here must be something else.

There are no compounding factors what so ever in a life in the lower rungs of the socio-economic ladders?

It isn't an excuse, but it can be a impact.

It cannot be used as an excuse - everyone gets largely the same opportunities as far as free education goes. Sure, the privilaged few get even greater opportunities, I wont dispute that, but we all get the opportunity to take GCSE's and if we want to do A levels - thats totally free of charge as well.

You can't squander these opportunities but then blame everyone else. Plenty of people from poor backgrounds manage to not acheive nothing at school. Plenty of people manage to live in really bad areas and still not fail everything at school. It's about attitude.

These guys dont trash things because they have no other choice, they trash things because they WANT to, and because the ENJOY doing it.

The solution to jealous, violent scum is not to pander to them by stealing from the productive through the force of state and giving them the proceeds in the name of 'equality'.
