So basically you'd be happy living in a country where:

A. The military/police shoot their own citizens for rioting.

B. The ONLY thing stopping people rioting and looting is the risk of getting shot.

Sounds wonderful.
 
Why do so many people in this country have kids when they don't know or care how to bring them up. So many single parent families too. Speak to any of these thugs and 99% of them will not have a father around. This is where the root of the problem lies, because if kids are brought up with love and a real understanding of right from wrong, they simply wouldn't be doing this. There are plenty of kids that are brought up in poverty who know right from wrong and make an effort to get out of their situations by working hard. I blame the crappy parents. But I still don't excuse these scumbags for their crimes.
