Personally I find this the most distressing. Parenting in certain communities has gone completely down the pan, mostly in my opinion due to the parents themselves being kids.
I found out yesterday 2 of my sisters friends are pregnant, they have just finished their exams. A-Levels - NOPE(!) GCSEs. Its attrocious.

I think if it does it will more than likely be out of the capital due to the call ups for extra resources coming into the capital!

Its quite sad to see this countries society in disrepair, ive had my fair share of thuggery, all i feel is pity for them, its unfortunate they have awful family problems and a moronic government throwing them pounds and forgetting about them like they never existed, education needs reform and more initiatives(preferably not government ones, more local people need to fix their own problems rather than lumping it on the government).

The "Winter of Discontent" is an expression, popularised by the British media, referring to the winter of 1978–79 in the United Kingdom, during which there were widespread strikes by local authority trade unions demanding larger pay rises for their members, because the Labour government of James Callaghan sought to hold a pay freeze to control inflation. I watched it for hours last night until the early hours and I didn't get that impression at all. I don't believe anyone is orchestrating this, I think it's a display of herd mentality and mindless thuggery.

The mob isn't one large entity, it is numerous, fluid and constantly moving independent groups. Water cannon won't stop them.
