The Breaking News from the Courts is showing how serious they are with getting sentences...

41 year old man who stole a bottle of wine from Summerfield is denied bail and being referred to crown court!

That would usually have got you a slap on the wrist at best!

dont make out my comment is a racial one

its non of your buisness if my comment would be different if he was white or not my comment was made on the situation at hand

the fact is breaking yet another law by begging is no better than the vigilantes in the first place

Things I have learnt from reading this thread:

Dirtydog is often quite misunderstood and people are too quick to call him a racist.

Ahleckz (or whatever his name is) really dislikes water cannons.

Most of OcUK don't know their arse from their elbows.

I can waste lots of company time reading crap.

They are worried about giving bail because presumably most of them would be out rioting again instantly.

I wasn't making your comment to be a racist one, I was merely asking you the question, would you still of said that had the guy been white?

So, Would you of still made those comments had the guy been white? Yay or Nay?

Sorry only just come in from work so bit of an old one to quote. Exactly what I was thinking about earlier. It's no good putting the affirmative policing back in the box when the rioting subsides as in some respects it's just the cumlmination of what these scrotes do on a smaller scale anyway. Round Swindon, there's been gangs of youths terrorising suburban shopping centres, homes for the elderly etc. and naff all done about it apart from dispersal orders and ASBO's. That's before all the organised gangs going round doing "graff" which seems so widespread everywhere these days, it's actually a surprise to find a vertical surface that isn't spray painted or felt penned on.

Whatever emerges from these events and the inevitable public enquiries and workshops that get set up, the result has to include measures and penalties to stop the earlier behaviours that lead up to the wanton chaos we have seen.
 
Looks like the EDL are planning to firebomb mosques and gurdwaras tonight under the cover of the riots, its on the private forums. looks like its another night of standing guard =/

edit: read a few posts down and things should be clear that this is from social networking sites, I call BS too.

if there was even the slightest remotest truth in that you should be contacting the police with the details not sticking it up on a computer forum.

i call shenanigans
