What film did you watch last night?

Lol - just re read all the posts and miss quotes :p

I still stand by my comment though, regardless what anyone else says I really think it's about time Cameron accepts what age she actually is (the same as me :() and stops trying to imitate some young 20 something hot girl. I cant recall the exact scene but she's wearing some serious lipstick, looking skinny as hell and my first thought was :

Gremlin.jpg

Really not sexy

She doesn't look at her best in bad teacher but she looks v good in other recent films.

I think she's meant to look like she isn't at her peak.

She's been around a very long time now looking great. (The mask 1994 :P )

Source Code.

Way better than the 7.6 it gets on IMDB i thought that it was very clever and well done. I love thrillers like source code, shutter island and inception.

8.5/10

A 7.6 on IMDB is respectable, that place is ruthless with ratings.

Red Riding Hood - 7.5/10

Rise of the Planet of the Apes - 5/10

Red Riding Hood took me by surprise, it was not bad at all. Loosely based on the fairy tale but goes much deeper.
Rise of the Planet of the Apes on the other hand was disappointing i thought. I found it slow and slightly boring.
That being said, i think i am the only person who doesn't go a bundle on it as other peeps seem to rave about it.
Never was a fan of the older one's though so it's probably just me.

Super 8

Someone called me earlier in this thread for comparing it to ET. IMO, it wasn't far off with a fine helping of the Goonies.

It was OK. 6.5/10
