I don't think he's been professional if the refusing to train / play friendlies is to be believed.
He's never given any reason to not believe he is being professional, so I'm not going to start believing rumours and gossip now.

Just had a thought. Sneijder to Arsenal when they sell Fab and Nasri?![]()

schollachi and silveestre were old when they joined us. Plus ashavin was 29 when he joined us. try again lol
Not doubting that, I'm just not sure how they would play him that would make them so much better. I can't see him replacing Xavi any time soon and Iniesta certainly won't lose his place so that leaves Biscuits. Would they drop him and play Fabregas deeper?
Why do people think Iniesta isn't replacable, he's got greatness all around him, and, frankly I think this season was his most prolific with 9 whole goals, and 9 assists in his longest ever season of 61 games.
Iniesta isn't a patch on Fabregas frankly, and Busquets isn't in the same league. Remember most people regarded Yaya as a DM, but he was only ever the least offensive of a midfield three, and that was ONLY because he's a quality player and more than capable of filling any midfield role, just as Cesc is.
Fabregas has been forced to sit very deep and help the defence a crapload with the guys he's been playing with recently. its only this last season with Wilshire behind him that he's not had to get back as much/as often.
Whats realistically most likely is Iniesta playing more on the left wing, as he's been pushed into that role before many times. With Sanchez playing a lot and Pedro playing probably a bit less, but time will tell, see who gets injured. You've also got the situation where their defence seems to have someone almost perma crocked for the past season with Busquets/Mascherano playing in defence quite often.
Once Fabregas is used to the team and gets some games, he'll become irreplaceable in that team. Though I guess we'll have to see if his hammy problem continues or is fixed just by being out of Arsenals medical treatment room of career death.
EDIT:-
Iniesta's best season, 12 goals, 12 assists, 61 starts, 3 sub appearances, for Barca and Spain, maybe the two best teams in the world.
Cesc, best season 23 goals, 19 assists, 41 starts, 4 subs, for Arsenal and Spain, less Spain appearances than Iniesta had and in a cup season not a qualifying one(ie 2 seasons ago Cesc was scoring and assisting in a cup against FAR stronger sides while Iniesta last season was banging them in against much less good euro qualifying teams).
So lets ignore the subs as they are so close. a bit better than 1 goal in every 2 games for Cesc, around 1 goal in every 5 for Iniesta, just under 1 assist every 2 games for Cesc, 1 assist in every 5 games for Iniesta.
Fabregas is quite easily the better player.
Oh, also I'm reading 36mil for Cesc + the 4-5mil out of Cesc's own pocket, which is supposedly 900k per year of his contract at Barca, paid yearly not upfront...... well according to the Sun.
Sniejder's wage demands would be too high for Arsenal.
Money will be spent on one of Jagielka, Dann, Cahill or Samba, however no doubt the selling clubs will play hardball on the fee due to knowing Arsenal are awash with cash, it will be a question of which one breaks first.
Arsenal are going to get the 'carrol treatment by other teams. Not long to go for the end of the transfer window and they going to have loads of cash. So whoever they wanted to sign before add 5 to 10mil on top.
There is already plenty of cash in the Transfer fund to spend.
Auillani scored the winner yesterday after coming off the bench as Italy won 2-1 against Spain in a friendly. TBH I don't know what else he need to do to prove he has what is required to play for us. The whole of this pre season he has be just classic.
Isn't that the party line? No good having the cash if you not going to spend it
