No you don't agree with this sentiment, you've posted randomly over the past, I dunno 30-40 pages here and there with "this is the fault of X, Y or Z policy of Tory's", "this is because of the cuts, EMA, youth centre's being gone".
This situation IS political, it will only be fixed by political changes, Oldcoals and Scorza have been talking about political problems, or fixes and attaching blame pretty much since the start of the riot.
Someone makes a suggestion and you both jump on him for trying to be political.
Both of you are truly, absolutely, pathetic in all honesty, maybe Oldcoals is getting caught up here, Scorza, his entire posting style on this forum is "its tory's fault, Labour are faultless, blah blah blah".
People were out to do damage, nothing more or less, it wasn't because they are being persecuted(in general, some people will have wanted to get involved because of that, 99.9% didn't), it wasn't because they are poor, most of them it was down to one group of issues that all blend together to make apathetic, bored children with nothing better to do.
Kids get bored, its pretty much that simple, but the reasons why are, well many fold, and truth be told, very much Labour's fault. Its not difficult, half of the interviews were with kids who had nothing better to do, who had never worked a day in their lives, who had money thrown at them, who didn't have to work hard in school, had no concept of how hard it is to open a store as many of them seemed to assume anyone who owned a store was rich, had no concept of the jobs they were destroying. The kids smiling, and laughing, and running around in packs. For a huge huge number of people out "rioting", it was just entertainment, coupled with the fact they have so little understanding of how the world works, coupled with severe lack in knowing the difference between right and wrong.
I've gone into EMA before, handing out money teaches kids NOTHING. A huge portion of NOT POOR CHILDREN I knew grewing up worked paper rounds, temp jobs, part time jobs while at school, through their teens.
When I got £50 in a week, I spent some on luxuries, but I didn't **** it down the drain on cigs and booze. Why, I was working hard and knew the value of it. I was also putting in, while doing 4 very hard a-levels, when they were actually hard, some 25-30 hours a week. I went out drinking, I didn't get into trouble. My time was BEING USED, I didn't take 2 as level pos courses, I didn't have money thrown at me and 40 hours spare a week to just drink and roam the streets in gangs.
For centuries, kids were adults in early teens, working, learning, having responsibility, expected to behave like adults and WERE TREATED LIKE ADULTS.
We've created a bunch of young adults, who we throw money at, while not expecting to work, giving no responsbility, treating like children, then finally years later, asking them to go to work having no idea what work is like, having not done a hard days graft in their lives, having teachers pander to them when they throw a paddy. Putting them in a dumb class when they refuse to learn something........ how the hell are these people supposed to get a job.
EMA was about the worst thing Labour could have done to kids, focusing attention on "troubled" students is the next worst thing, society treating kids like idiots till they are 18 then instantly expecting them to be normal functioning adults capable of getting a job and working hard 8-10 hours a day is laughable, completely laughable.

Ed Milliband has really impressed me, calling for an end to the "take what you can" culture - whether than be from government in the form of benefits or from the boardroom in the form of bonuses. Calling for the planned cuts to policing to be scrapped is a no brainer.

Well we've got Evangellion being an idiot and everyone jumped on his accusation of you.
Normal state for me, or what should happen is police target criminals HARD< take no crap, and don't go after the normal public or intrude in their lives.
Police state that evangellion seems to be accusing you of complaining about. CCTV everywhere, ready to fine you and ruin your day for parking in the wrong place, or passing a line on a map in London, or catch you on the phone while driving. Or trying to force an expensive ID down your throat, basically crap government that finds it easier to "cook" the numbers by going after normal people doing minor things that really shouldn't be crimes in the first place rather than really get gangs and the like because its too damn hard. Making life more difficult for the "normal" person.
But that directly leads to the namby pamby police you also complained about but he decided was a massive contradiction.
When the police spend their whole time going after minor crimes, and having the police force cut down of "full" officers and bumped up with "half price cops", because they can track down a owed ticket but would be rubbish storming a gangs house, then they become less good at dealing with stuff like riots.
We do have a more police state than we used to, and more girly cops, and more left wing PC morons accusing the police of being heavy handed so they can't use violence to deal with violence for fear of reprisal. Whats the got to do with the police encroaching into the every day lives of innocent people.
Nothing, but Evangellion put across a nice looking, potentially useful array of quotes. But at no stage linked to the posts you were actually responding to or know what situation you were talking about, making his post rather like Labour, full of gusto and accusations, but no substance what so ever.

No its not, 16k cops stopped what was going on in London, theres 140k cops in the UK, the majority of cops in the UK aren't trained to the level required to be used as those 16k cops in London last night. You're talking out of your behind again.
Just because we needed, and GOT more cops on London streets, doesn't mean there isn't huge waste going on inside the police department.
Take what you can culture is WHAT LABOUR IS ABOUT, nothing more or less. They put us into massive debt with benefits.
Bonuses, another thing Labour rallies against, is money OUT OF PROFIT, generated which pays out tax into the UK.

I hope you don't get ideas because we do not even say ''honky'' or ''black power'', seriously I have never heard anyone say such things and this riot had no racial element. Trust me if we wanted to target whites we would have made that clear 6 days ago and it would be a dumb idea anyways because we're heavily outnumbered.
