Not always, the squeeze that can be achieved at the top of many reps can help to stimulate hypertrophy, its entirely dependent on the movement.
that's why i said "most" exercises, but usually people lock out on every exercise, which is bad, then they wonder why they get injuries. locking out is bad, unless your deadlifting, etc.
I will continue with the Sci MX stuff for now as I actually like the taste and the price aint bad via ebay. 

Glutamine tastes a tad weird but I can easily chug a scoop with half a glass of water. Try doing that with BCAAs
