The weapons all had their unique handling and I'm thinking that in the beta/full release this will be even better!

I was in the alpha :p Didnt pay much attention to how they handled as it was an alpha.

I think where COD succeeded was in game play features such as the party system. BC2 (a team oriented game) could learn allot from this feature in my opinion.

thats the conclusion that we've arrived at because the games that sell the biggest number of players make those kind of concessions

Nobody has really tried to take on COD, whilst doing something different. They reportedly had Andy Mcnab teaching the Devs & Animators how the guns should be handled and feel, so they are definitely very keen on realism.

Whether they do actually beat COD this autumn, i wouldn't like to predict.

Me ? i don't care. I'll be buying both :)

Because origin gives you all of the extra content, such as back to karkand, classic battlefield weapons, and 48 hour early beta access. I preordered via ocuk as i already have early beta access from buying moh.

Let me get this straight.

If I pre-order from Origin, I get all the extra packs such as physical warfare, back to karkand, etc? What if I buy the game from Origin on the day of release, will I still get all the extra packs, as mentioned ?

Do these extra packs come with retail disc aswell, if I were to buy from another shop?

Please put my mind at rest.:(
 
specact kit is an amazon exclusive. The only thing origin gives you over selected retailers like Game is the 48 hour early beta access, which is no big deal.

Yep, i see on origin, you get a few items for bf heroes not specact. Will the specact kit be available later as a free or paid for update, ala bc2.

So the three major extra packs are physical warfare pack, back to karkand pack and specact kit pack?

It seems we can only get some of them depending on where we pre-order/buy the game.

Is it not possible to get all three of them in one buy lol?

I would say so, same situation with the PWP being released for free a month after the game has been out. Hope it's free cos some new outfits aint really worth paying for.
