Hi, I've been training regularly for the last 2.5 years and am making gains in size and strength, pretty pleased with my progress. I'm just checking in to ask about a few supplements I'm considering.
Scivation Xtend: I've read about BCAA intra workout helping to avoid muscle break down whilst working out. Apparently this is the best one for taste (watermelon), what have people on here found? Any noticeable changes after starting to take the supplement?
N2O supplement: NO xplode seems to be a popular one. I'm on creatine and protein shakes at the moment, coupling this with a BCAA and then N2O I think I may be over doing it a bit. I've been told that the caffeine in these pre workout supplements hinders the creatine uptake so I'm a bit wary of it. Just interesting to see what other have to say about them.
