You don't need 2 tablets certainly :p is there not a Kindle app for iPad? Or are you needing the obscene battery power of the Kindle?
 
ahhh just got a text from CPW saying there is a delay due to large demand of up to a week. wonder how long until i get the order cancelled email :( got all excited they even gave me a tracking number and everything. on yodel website it lists it as Load Transfer Receipt. anyone know what this might mean?

They're not showing up on the EPP site for me but then I work for an affiliate rather than HP so I suspect I get a different view of the catalogue with only certain stuff on it.
 
Also just got a text from cpw. Prompted me to think about whether i actually need this or not and decided to cancel. Called up to do so and the guy cant find any record of my transaction - not even through the order number on the email. He reckons all stock was gone by about 6.30.
 
ok, re-reading my staples email it says it

"We are pleased to confirm that your order has been processed."

You reckon that means it is a done deal and dispatched? Anyone else get one of these?

Your in mate. You would have had this email by now otherwise.

"Thank you for your recent on line order. Unfortunately all stock of the HP Touchpad’s have now been exhausted and we will not be receiving any more from the supplier, therefore your order has been cancelled.



Authorisation has been requested but no monies have transferred from you card"

I know someone who's having his delivered and he ordered at 19:07 from CPW..

Yes I spotted that, certainly a much less bleek offer but still wouldn't feel to bothered. What I'm missing a bit more, is that case at 19.99, this gloss finger print/scratch magnet needed that. I held off though in case I didn't get the pad, too late I guess; not paying half the price of the pad for one (thats if I get it lolz).
