My initial confirmation email was at 19:07 last night.

Checked my bank balance straight after getting this as they had taken payment last night. Instead of refunding the £89 they have taken it twice.

No I did not receive the email or the txt, and money was taken from my account last night

That number is a general number shared with EPP and public orders, been saying that all day , you need to get to speak to a real person, not saying that will def help

Lack of Comet orders here, anyone heard anything yet?

Got an email last night when I ordered (around 8.45pm) but haven't had anything else since. Just called them up to find out what was happening, the rather helpful guy said it could just not have been processed yet or has got stuck at some point.

Got to call back tomorrow to speak to the 'Internet Sales Team' between 8.30am and 6.00pm. Just hope I got one and don't have to continue the hunt.

My suppliers at work are still trying their best for me, fingers crossed.

As a side note, Amazon "Call me Back" service was pretty damn epic for speed considering the volume they must deal with. Clicked submit and the mobile rang 5 seconds later, waited about 10 seconds then was connected to someone.

My order number ended 24**, received confirmation and had payment taken last night, but haven't heard anything since. No email or text. Hoping the status will change soon!
