no. they are allocating it to orders they already have on a first come first serve basis.
They had so many they are still going through them. They are def out of 16gb's though.

Hehe I am a little jelly to see how some people have got themselves so many while some of us didn't get any!
I do hope some nice cheap android tabs or any with unlocked bootloaders come in to the game, there is definitely a market for it.

Only 2 - one for me one for my dad.
I want 2 more for 2 colleagues.
I ordered some from HP but those are cancelled or so it seems.
Those of us with a back order with HP EPP have no hope of getting our touchpads it seems.
I rang up HP about my order, I just missed the cut off apparently and they oversold around 10.30am yesterday. I've been told that no further stock will be coming either and that I should expect my cancelled email anytime now.
This also means the 'dodgy' HP link orders will be cancelled.

Sorry to hear that about the 'dodgy' link guys. It sucks when you wait that long for word and then get left disappointed. I agree that best chance is to wait for a few weeks and then see if any are avail in sept or ebay prices drop.
I've done everything. Even checked ebay to see if any good semairtans (spelling?) had chucked any up at cost just to go against the grain...no luck...were all capatalist apparently lol.

They had stock of 32gb on Tuesday afternoon on the phone. After the pulled them from the website, they were expecting a few thousand more, and because everyone focused on the 16gb, they had enough expected excess stock when they sorted the orders.
They were taking orders from anyone on Tuesday afternoon, not just people who had orders cancelled. Think it lasted for 30 mins then they stopped
All stock they have is allocated to orders from Tuesday
And i want to shoot you...
hey at least i only want one for myself and not millions for my family and everyone i know!
