If Amazon lists a SINGLE Touchpad direct from Amazon EU I will be giving them a hiding over the phone.

They can never, ever EVER sell one direct again. They have committed to thier "NO more stock" statement, let's see them stick to that,

Just sent them a very grave e-mail, they can lose my business if they want but it's up to them now.

I have only spent about £300 at Amazon in 18months but I will certainly be looking elsewhere in future, from being my first stop it's now my last resort.

Right up until they are the cheapest for your order again as they normally are. I missed out too and if they list them I will be pretty annoyed. I won't though cut my nose off to spite my face.

It's a tablet no one was interested in until it was almost given away, now everyone is crying about not getting one. An item you wasn't interested in in the first place.

Say well done to those that got one and move on, you haven't actually lost any money. The amount of time some have spent trying to source one of these is almost laughable. Time better spent doing some overtime to buy one at retail price, which you should have done if not getting one hurts that badly :p

Think I'm pretty much resigned to not getting a touchpad :(

To be fair after his ebay fee's and paypal he's not selling for that huge a markup. Fairly realistic and if anyone wants one enough that still represents decent value for money.

I'm sure if HP had cut the price to £180ish this forum would have still snapped them up.

I will give it as a month and then get one off ebay for around £130ish.

You are looking at £77 profit according to the calculator.
Fees of £26.27
So 70 pads is £1839.90 profit.

I can't imagine how you managed to get to 20000 posts, on my regular site such talk towards another member wouldn't be tolerated.

Thats a decent profit for very little but they probably have to put up with working at a dixons or carphone warehouse. They deserve one perk in a lifetime of hurt ;)

I'm sure 99.9% of us would have done the same given the opportunity. Our own MM is testamant to that :)

If I'd walked into staples and 100 where available on tuesday, I'd have bought the lot and told my mrs to start looking for what would be a free holiday :)

Mine is on its way!!!!
