It'll be interesting to see how Mertesacker does if Arsenal do sign him. He's a good defender but he's worryingly slow. He's German though so he'll add some organisation to their back 4.

Hargreaves is a good decent player if he can stay fit that is...i dont see him playing much for City...where is he going to fit in??:confused:

As someone said a few days ago, Cahill can just walk away for a free next year so it's in their best interests to try and sell for a good profit now whilst not caving for too little. If he does come I'll be interested to see how much it was really for. Perhaps Vermaelen's achilles isn't looking promising so we've just gone out and bought a whole new central defensive pairing.

Park deal is done and dusted, our new no.9.

Also this Park deal will be quite good for revenue, he's the national captain, no doubt we'll be shifting a few more shirts in South Korea now.

Ah forgot about that little thing! Might be better going for some sort of loan option though surely, buying a player just because you have a couple missing for a month seems a bit extreme, do you have no youngsters that can play there? WHy didn't he just not loan Vela out and play him :confused:
