Odd. Well I opened my account using the latest version of the Box net application for the TouchPad. I'd also done it after installing the 3.0.2 update and I think the app catalogue update.

Just comparing our screenshots it seems you have been assigned the wrong account type? Because yours states it is the Lite (5GB) whereas mine states Personal+ 50GB, and it is this one that you are meant to get with your TouchPad.

The e-mail address you used to sign up with, is it the same that you use for your HP Synergy account?

Yes, and i do have 50gb of storage available.

It says you have 50GB available but the other line contradicts that completely, the fact you have the lower limit suggests to me that it has assigned you the wrong account type.

Do you log in to Box.net with an e-mail address or a username?
