Nope, although I wasn't going to be able to get the full amount of my uni grant until my grand parents sat her down and forced her to fill in the information she had to fill in on her half of the student finance form.

Actually it is his HOME, its not his HOUSE, there is a difference.

Anyway, the OP needs to sort this out and smaching in the door isnt the way to do it. Either tell us what is wrong and take advice, or sort it yourself but dont resort to violence. If a resolution cant be reached get your stuff and go to a mates for 2 weeks until uni and all will be fine

No the reason this time is because I didn't let her know what time I would be in from work. That's is it.

Wow. Kid is being kicked out of his home repeatedly, and his own mother is threatening to lock him out and thus remove access to a safe place to stay at night, and all his belongings, and people are jumping on him as if he's some thug because he's asking if there's any way he can gain entry to get his things.

If you were to enter the door after she has expressed that you are not welcome and not allowed there, then it would indeed be a case of criminal damage and trespassing, and yes you will be arrested if she chooses to call the police and press charges.

He asked if he kicked the door in would he be arrested lol. He overlooked the fact that he could just knock on the door!

I imagine that fact was overlooked because as he has been locked out, that knocking on the door would yield very little in the way of results.
