Ok then, next question, anyone know how I can get a house/flat some where to stay for the next two weeks with all the stuff I own until I move to uni?
You going to expect her to pay your tuition fees as well?

Rent one?
two weeks? Need to find it over night?
Hotel? Hostel? Stay at a friend's?two weeks? Need to find it over night?
You've still left out the part as to why she is kicking you out.
I'll assume its your fault and so you deserve it.
Question, if I was to kick the door (it would only be the chain lock) so that I could get in could I be arrested?

No the reason this time is because I didn't let her know what time I would be in from work. That's is it.
Under a bridge?for two weeks with everything I own and need to take to uni?

lolSo your mum has locked you at and you are threatening to knock her back door in.
He asked if he kicked the door in would he be arrested lol. He overlooked the fact that he could just knock on the door!Wow. Kid is being kicked out of his home repeatedly, and his own mother is threatening to lock him out and thus remove access to a safe place to stay at night, and all his belongings, and people are jumping on him as if he's some thug because he's asking if there's any way he can gain entry to get his things.

If you were to enter the door after she has expressed that you are not welcome and not allowed there, then it would indeed be a case of criminal damage and trespassing, and yes you will be arrested if she chooses to call the police and press charges.
