Putting on Weight

Heres what I'd do...

Go to the cash n Carry, get yourself a complete load of curly wurly's (om nom nom) forget eating breakfast, dinner or supper just eat 2 curly wurly's when your feeling hungry or you could eat 5... that would probably be better tbh

btw that wasn't a joke at all, 100% serious. I happen to know someone with an eating disorder that actually done someting simillar but with chomps in despperation lol so I guess you should up the ante and go for curly wurly's

Then you probably have an eating disorder. Most skinny people actually think they're eating a lot more calories than they are.
Shakes, 3 a day for months.

I was actually asking if you've used it!

Yes, like i've said, will try to start to up my portions as a starting point..

I wouldn't just start eating loads to gain weight though. It'll probably all go to your gut and that isn't a good look.

I think it could just be genetics as my brother is the same height as me but weighs 2 stone less and we eat about the same.

Eat like a champ and exercise. Eat more calories than you burn and jobs a gooden, also muscle from exercise will give you extra weight.

Go to the gym. 3 times a week. Get a programme. Train to failure. You'll eat. You'll get bigger.

You'll most likely struggle up to a certain age, 'tis in your genes I'm afraid. However, attempt to steadily and enjoyably increase the amount you eat, do less or no cardio. Eat lots of fats, but good ones - that means mono-saturates and polyunsaturates. Don't do it incorrectly and shorten your life as well lower your quality of life at the same time. ;)

Very likely, as my bro is 1 year younger and weight 3 stones more?!

You keep telling yourself that :p

Train harder!

This is why + IBS

http://hiatal-hernia.org/weight-loss.php

I was training upto 5 days a week, eating a lot and drinking protein drinks. My weight dropped and dropped, my strength went with it. Then the pain kicked in. Went from 13 stone to 10stone very quickly. No offence but I used to be very strong even for my build, but add in the factor of IBS then a HH, whatever you eat it doesn't stay in your body long enough to keep the weight on.

That's why i said it wasn't till i hit near 30 I went down hill, Now i'm screwed and can no longer train at the gym. I'm waiting for an op .

I miss the days of 13 stone :(

Hello!

I'm 6ft 2" in height and weigh just under 10.5 stones, im quite underweight for my height. I've struggled for years with putting weight on, i eat well and don't even excersise as much as i used to!

Question is, has anyone here experienced this? If so, what have you tried to try and overcome?

Also, Does anybody know of any good high in calorie snack bars?

i am 6ft 4" and weigh just under 11stone....been like it for years now doesnt matter how well or bad i eat and how much so i have given up tryin to put it on by eating the "right" things and just eating what ever now
