Admit it. The only reason you only asked for the back to be replaced is because you didn't want to spend the time developing another comfortable ass groove on the seat.

I'm going to get a whole new unit I think... Cushions tend to smell after a while

Did you need your receipt? I've lost mine, they can do a lookup on their system I guess?

Leather one, it does smell a bit, most likely from all my exam sweat pouring into the internal foam... mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I bought mine online, I hope they exchange it in my local store.

Sometimes they give you replacement parts.

you 100% need the receipt I'm afraid. I taped mine to the bottom of the chair to prepare for this eventuality

They'll definitely be okay in-store despite buying it online - i bought mine in Coventry but exchanged it here in London

just bring your invoice or reprint your original purchase email.
I know the feeling, mine got very stinky after the two exam-periods i sat in it for. gave it a nice clean after each one though, so it still smells like Leather.

Yeah, they gave me a replacement back, but i'm confident you could persuade them to give you a whole new chair.
