Tried going back to the xbox

Constructive...like a good troll.
I wasn't trolling, I'm just bored of seeing these 'consoles suck lol' threads every two days. Why people only game on one platform and then defend it vehemently is beyond me.
These type of threads don't deserve constructive :p

yes you can, playing mw with proper fps controls at a higher frame rate and res and generally better visuals. Also you could just plug your pc into a 50" hd tv plug in an xbox controller and have the pad with all of the above so win against the console in the comfort stakes also. like I said, you dont have a clue it seems.

Sports, racing and fighting games are MUCH better on consoles I think and I still play MvC 3 quite often. But for FPs games, the console might aswell not bother.

I've played PS3 for the majority of my life, and only started playing PC games recently.

Jeebus it's only been out 5 years or so hasn't it? :p

To the root of the thread: I find fighting / driving games to the main ones i play on a console. I only have the old xbox (heavy as a pallet of bricks) but using a pad for fps games on xbox or on the pc is terrible for me yet a m8 of mine can use one the same way i use a mouse so i suppose it's down to how much you use them. But either way i would still prefer a M&K over a pad just for the amount of things you can do with them.

Still wont be selling that old xbox though, got sould caliber and dead or alive on it :)

An xbox is 8 years old, and there bring new games to it still, there hindering the games because of it...

Build a new xbox, we get better games, its a **** take.

Available hardware isn't hindering anyone. Especially if you exaggerate it's age...

The only thing holding games back is lazy devs that aren't willing to spend the time on the PC version of a game. If you can make a game fully scalable, it's hardware irrelevant. Why not go blame low spec PCs the same way? they're "limiting" development in exactly the same way, but are even harder to account for.

Rage looks fantastic on the Xbox, and even better on the PC. But to be honest I'd rather have fresh gameplay than effort spent solely on beefing graphics.

Fanboyism, seems to be showing.

Not really (unless you're talking about your own...). He's right. You can get up and running with a console for around the cost of a semi decent graphics card. Not everyone can afford to run a gaming PC.

So you are blaming the console for your crap skills?

Its nothing to do with skill when its about adapting to a control device and which is inherently less accurate.

And which would be like asking the worlds number one F1 driver to use old tank controls in his F1 car, even after a long time to get used to it he will never be as good.
