It's impossible to say whether Ted is dead or not, I thought he was moving after falling over anyways.
People are missing the obvious as to why Saul was upset and shouting. (Maybe he is dead)
Or, rather more, Skylar said specifically that no one was to get hurt. Saul promised her his A-team and they have clearly embarrased and failed him.

and the bags of blood of Jesse pretty much cancels out the "Hank pointing his gun at Jesse" theory right out the window.
