After installing, go to settings, monitoring, highlight memory usage, gpu usage, fps, etc and for each one click on 'show in on-screen display'

Start the game and information will be in the top left corner in purple colour

You can get the Origin Beta files from various sites, start downloading now before the open beta goes live and everyone slows Origin down to a crawl
