Runs between 60 and high 40's for me on high and a dab of AA. Im running 11.5 drivers at the moment though so peformance could be smoother.

Yup

when vram requirement exceeds 1GB as in the case of my 5850, the fps drop to mainly around 22-23 fps and even dipping to 7-10 fps under heavy action

When vram is around 990MB, I get 38-60 fps on high-ultra for 1920x1080p

ofcourse I had to turn AA off and shadow low.

Goes to show that the moment vram exceeds the available amount, game performance suffers heavily.


1GB Vram limitation is definitely holding this card potential

Overclock it, you can run all on medium AA/BLUR off/SSAO OFF with playable frame rates in metro.

its genuinley moronic what they have done with caspian border servers, why not just open up more... whats the point in password protecting them and then making it so none of the passwords even work...

I don't know if this has been posted but to bypass the password do the following:

using Chrome press CTRL + SHIFT + J then paste this

launcher.verifyPassword = function(game, gameServerGuid, plaintextPassword, callback) { callback(true); }

now you can select any server and join it just leave the password blank.

Your resolution is perfectly fine.

However imo, turn off the AA options completely and have shadow low. That way you can run the game fine on high/ultra settings

Yeah but you may well need to completely turn off all AA options and keep shadow low.

AA is definitely a big vram eater. Having it on will result in it chewing more than 1GB.

Ive only encountered a few snipers on that map. Engineers handy for vehicle repair and taking out tanks, or going anti air and giving jets and heli's a good hiding.
