Well I can't tell you because OcUK sell BF3 :-(

TBH I do wish they would reduce there price here at OcUK to match the competition, then I'd happily buy from them :-)

Q6600 oc'ed to 3.0ghz and a 5850 be ok for this?

Had a couple hrs on the BETA and got a bit of stuttering but I remember getting that on BC2 on BETA but not on the final version.

It's the 320mb model, got a fat thermalright cooler on it so I shall try and squeeze some more megahurtz out of it.

I'm hoping that the full game will be more efficient and have other scaling options so I can turn the useless stuff off.

I had the 512mb 8800gts and it struggled with the beta at low settings.

See above. 8800GTS only good for "console" graphics!! Upgrade mate or get used to low settings

On the other hand, has anyone seen this excellent heli gameplay footage. He must be using joystick/analogue sticks pad. No way you can achieve such sharp and quick movements with K+M

Its easy to fly like that,all he is doing is skidding/hovering from left to right which requires pitching forward a little so blades bite into the air and pushing left or right.The rest is just low level flying as you would do in real life...pop up tactics...im pretty good in a jet and a chopper.

Also in my experience i found KB/mouse the easiest to fly both on bf2 for me.
Also the full game is up and around torrent sites but there is no working crack as of yet.

Not really, simply changing your class loadout for the situation should be enough if the rest of your team playing their roles are doing what they're supposed to. I think you'll find the majority of BF players stick with one class.

I'd hate to be in a squad with a sniper. No need for them at all to win! Support, Assault - that is all that is needed. Sniper are usually idiots with no close-quarter firefight skills. If I spawn on a sniper miles back on BC2 hardcore, I usually TK him and move to a different squad. I hate them!

@Squad management - shame there is still only 4 slots

Thats what you call teamplay :S, I think it's handy to have one to cover at a distance when you go in to cap flag or to defend. Also handy sometimes as spawn point if there covering a flag. I agree that they can be annoying if there just somewhere randomly sniping.

You NEVER get a sniper who knows what they are doing, who covers you when you run in on an MCOM, why strategically use mortars! They just sit back, shoot 10 shots for every one kill and then get PP'd by me! **** snipers! Get some skills!
