The moment clock turns to 12.00am (00.00) midnight and day changes to Friday 28th Oct, the game will be released?

i would assume so as thats the release date, i had to rethink the whole thing and decide if i wanna do an all nighter or not lol

21st --- Pre-load --- 15:00 GMT
25th --- USA Launch --- 08:00 GMT
28th --- EU Launch --- 08:00 GMT

Will the UK have to wait until the 28th to access battlelog?

Pre-orders on Origin and pre-loaded copies (starts tomorrow) can access battlelog from the 25th.

Which says to me pre-orders will defo have early access... The same happend in BC2 when people pre-ordered on EA downloader !

Sod it i'm buying it from origin and wasting £10! Ifail!

Really cant decide what to do got it on order from Tesco for really cheap along with skyrim for £45. But i know the chances of me getting it on release are pretty slim. Would I mad to cancel this order and just get it on Origin?

Tesco have always been ok for me with pre orders, turning up the day before release.

You may be able to access battlelog but the Origin probably won't download the decryption key for our region till the 28th.

I find that most digital download tends to unlock on the early release. That's my experience anyway.

Just a heads up guys. Its possible to play now if you really cant wait.

All you need is to use a vpn to give you an american ip address. I used this one, and the release date check passed and i was able to load up the game and play. Note, the ea servers are not up yet so the game spends two minues looking for the ea servers on boot.

Go into origin, change location to us. Google ea profile, login change location to us.

Download windows client. Install, register, confirm email. In the webpage that follows click connect. Once connected right click on the vpu icon on the windows taskbar and make sure you can connected to private tunnel.

Open origin and click play on fifa. Start fifa, quit fifa. And youre good to go. You can now uninstall the vpn, disconnect first. Then change your location settings back.

Playing online through a proxy would be quite a struggle I'd imagine.

SP might be ok though.
