Hmmm. My SII has **** itself and is now just flashing the battery indicator with a temperature icon

Google suggests it isn't something you can DIY

Have you tried taking the battery out for a little bit & then putting it back in? Or connecting it with USB?

I've had that come up once before.

In, out, in out Went to O2 shop and they said connect it to Keis and do a restore. Just went like that between me leaving the house and getting to work. Surprisingly I've had a very unproductive Friday

I'm really not liking this default Samsung theme.

Pressing the home button goes to a backdrop with a clock rather then the menu?

Most of the screen real estate is wasted with a weather app, a clock and a search bar??

Yeah I'm going to need to make my own theme....

Erm.....you do know you can add/remove those widgets right? And that there are multiple home screens you can swipe to/from?

You can delete the widgets on the home screen (long press them, then drag to bin).

The home button goes to your homescreen, I don't see the problem?

when the display goes to sleep and i press the home button it goes to another screen overlay with a clock on the bottom left.

Think it might be the lock screen.
