What film did you watch last night?

Drive - 9/10 - Thought this film was amazing, way better then what the trailer makes it out to be, within first 5 mins when the action began I knew this was going to be an amazing film. For me this film made me feel how I felt when i watched "No Country For Old Men" which I also thought was amazing.

Crazy, Stupid, Love

Not at all what I was expecting. It actually felt a little bit intelligent and there were a lot of laughs. Plus Emma Stone is fit so theres that to chew on.

7/10

Senna - 9/10
A fitting insight and tribute to a very special person, was quite moving, especially seeing how events unfolded at Imola, how nervous Ayrton was before the race, almost as if he suspected something very bad was going to happen.

Just watched this. Great film, never really seen much of his racing before now, such a level of talent. It's unbelievable that there could be 2 fatal accidents in that 1 weekend.

Parnormal Activity 3 - 3/10 - Utter tripe. I didn't mind the previous two but this was woeful. The ending was just ridiculous and was made worse I had to sit near 20 year olds screaming and laughing all film. Without sounding a bitter old man, they need to put under 21's in a room on their own and let the grown ups enjoy the film.

The best bit was when I was walking out I heard a couple speaking "Do you think we can get a refund for that film?" "I think it would have helped if we had watched 1 and 2" :D

Contagion - 8/10. Really enjoyed this, bit of a slow film but very enjoyable and a lot of small stories going on.

Completely disagree Andy. Absolute **** myself all the way through that. Where as 1 and 2 didn't really bother me. Yeah was annoying when whole cinema was screaming and stuff but still, jumpy as **** film. 8/10. Bit short, but I was secretly glad when it ended /puff.

The majority of what I've heard has been that it's the best of the series so far.

I'm in two minds whether to bother going to the cinema to see it, though. I'd love to, don't get me wrong, but the audiences in the past two movies got progressively worse. Paranormal Activity 2 was literally sold out with nothing but teenagers and students who did nothing but talk and fart about on their phones the entire time. It was almost like daylight in the auditorium with the light from mobile phone screens. :(

I don't see how they could recycle the same camera jobby watching a room AGAIN, nothing new, yes I was kind of expecting it but there was nothing new at all :(

Night #7
3am
Camera stops, oh look that door is open, I wonder if it will slam sh....BANG *JUMP*

Any film can make you jump with loud noises and people jumping at the camera. I suppose it's no worse than the others but at least it was a bit of a new concept when 1 came out, 2 carried on well to it but this just appeared to ruin it all. I stand by my comment about the ending being ridiculous though!

I think my experience was ruined mind by the kids in the cinema.

Just watched 13 Assassins.

As far as samurai films go I'll give it 9 out of 10.

Ticked all the boxes for me but I'm deducting a point because the subtitles go too fast at parts.
