What film did you watch last night?

Attack the block - 6.5 out of 10 some good bits, enjoyed it but lacked something for me. Had me laughing a bit mind.

Easy A - Thought it would be some soppy crap as I didnt read what it was about first, was actually pretty good. 7/10

I also keep forgetting to watch social network and crazy stupid love so will have those for today!

Limitless

4/10 pretty poor all round and a stupidly bad ending. Nothing actually happens in this film. And the film style was pretty annoying as well. In fact 4/10 is prett generous.

Watched 50 First Dates again yesterday. Was a nice easy watch, funny in places, love the chemistry between Drew Barrymore and Adam Sandler (not as good as The Wedding Singer though). Passed a couple of hours on a lazy Saturday :)

Just watched avatar for the first time! No, I haven't been living under a rock... Just never got round to it. I really enjoyed it. It's absolutely stunning on blu ray. The storyline kinda reminded me of a cross between the matrix and Pocahontas though! 9/10.

Alien resurrection. 5.5/10

pretty much like the Alien hybrid this film is an abomination, a real shame because up untill all hell breaks loose it had good foundations. still enjoyable as a movie just not in the alien universe.

Green Lantern

I'd been putting off watching this for a week now because I thought it would suck. Stuck it in the box last night and was not surprised at how much it sucked.

One big crisp steaming pile of computer generated turd. For a CGI heavy film the CGI sucked. It wasn't as bad as the horrific acting or the mortifying direction or the bland-punch-me-in-the-face-please script however.

3/10

Paranormal Activity 3.

Pretty good with scary films but this was on another level for me. The first two were OK, a few jumps here and there. This one chilled me to my bone, I found myself tensing up during parts and was delighted to get out when it had finished (in a good way).

Loved it.

Watched Threads.. Never seen it before, quite terrifying.

I remember watching this in the 80's when it first came out, I would have been on my early teens then and it truly scared the living hell out of me. You've got to remember this was the height of the cold war and this could actually happen!

I still say to this day that no horror film will ever come close to the fear this movie instilled in me!

I thought the same. The women in the shed scene... that will stick with you before you go to sleep for a while.

Toy Story 2 - 8/10

Seen it a few times before and still the worst of the 3 Toy Story films IMO but still good.

Quarantine - Watched with some mates who liked it but i thought it was just about ok but with some really bad acting. I dont mind horror but i tend to find these types of movies a little boring, creepy ending tho. 4/10

Horrible Bosses.

I didn't laugh out loud that much (I may have been in a weird mood) but I enjoyed the movie a lot. The banter was incredible throughout and Jennifer Anniston looks stunning in it. 7/10

Currently watching A Serbian Film, I'm about ten minutes in to the uncut version so far. Nothing too bad so far.

I watched Crazy, stupid, love last night and have to say it was pretty good. Funny in parts, a bit sad in othere. Overall, a good watch - especially if your with a chick.

I also watched Crazy Stupid Love last night. Man crush on on Ryan Gosling a little. Thought it was OK, on par with some other watchable films I've seen this last week 6.5/10

Social Network - Thought it was OK, nice story. Not great. 6/10
