Indian Grand Prix 2011, Buddh International Circuit - Race 17/19

As long as the buildings don't start collapsing and falling apart like the buildings in the Commonwealth games last year.. :o

Our commentary cell in India. No window, nowhere near track. Apologies in advance we cannot do our job properly in here campl.us/gBwW
Lot of pretty ****** off people with the state of the circuit and facilities from what I'm reading - similar to Korea.

The country and city itself sound awesome though - unlike Korea.

How long is the contract for with this place? I can't see it making any money at all, especially given that they're slashing ticket prices to get people in.

Prices on 2013 being the last time we come here?

Certainly going to be an interesting weekend it seems :p

No chance of a grid walk then. :(

I can foresee after the driver deaths in the last couple of weekends, there may be more deaths this weekend, but mainly spectators, or with the state of the facilities maybe Bernie ;)

Build quality at the new track looks typically Indian. Or perhaps even down to the level of the average British builder. ;)

Bernie thinks it's wonderful...

Even Silverstone was better than that at it's worst, and I'm not Silverstone's biggest fan.

Yeah McLaren have run a competition to design the race suits to be worn during Qualifying. They have had different designs for each race. They have all been pretty bad.
