That about sums it up, vehicles are an after thought in BF3, way under powered especially the jets that basically have to stay out of the action as they are easy meat, the maps are clustered and get boring fast. Lag is some of the worst I have ever experienced online. It's more BC3 than BF3.

I will rank up and get the unlocks I want to try but this won't last me more than 6 months, back to BF2 I guess.

thought I was the only one , agree had more fun playing BC2 and BF2 is just leagues better than BF3 in gameplay :D

Not encountered a jet, attack or transport heli in 3 maps.

Seems to me the maps are a lot smaller than bf2 and frankly CoD does FPS better than this.

There is no team work, no coordination and no fun. Maybe I am too old for all this crap now. Back to World of Tanks I think!

totally agree on the team work , and coordination . BF2 had this in bucket loads.
 
Yay i phoned game customer services about the PWP and they kindly sent me a serial code via email all within an hour or two:)

Despite other rocky areas game have actually done themselves well for me lately.

The game has only been out a few days, or in fact, it came out today if you didn't use a proxy.

Give people a chance to at least get used to the game and know where the hell they're going first!!!

Yeap agreed, I only got my hard copy today. In the matches I have seen people are starting to work as a team already. I am the one who is a bit lone wolf right now as I am checking out all the nooks of the maps so i know where stuff is. 2-3 weeks and this game will be totally EPIC.
 
Already hate Battlelog! It just sits on "Connecting..." forever. I want to play the game I bought which ever way I want. It's mine now that I have bought it! Otherwise, Great game :p
 
Now its installed, but when I try and join a server it gets me to open game manager. I click on game manager and it says and update for BF3 is available, it then wants me to add it to my cart!?
 
I log into origins and try to run BF3. It says running, then opens up the BF3 website with my soldier stats on it. In the bottom left of this webpage it says updates available. When I try to follow that it says I must install the game first.
Game came on DVD.

Any help much appreciated. Thanks :).
