We are streaming with PBBans so say Player A is banned on a completely different server owned by another community/clan, it automatically bans them on the Bronken server so they can't connect to ours.
Every time a ban is listed with PBBans it get show in the chat box.
No, don't nerf the IRNV.
In all honesty the scope is only good short-mid range, as soon as you get any further the optics don't work and enemies don't light up anymore, so it's useless mid-long range.
Thanks, any idea when it will be back up? i have a spare hour and would like to play dammit![]()
Brilliant, finally got the game and battlelog is down. How do I play single player if I can't even launch the game ? is there a SP .exe somewhere that skips battlelog ?.
Put origin in offline mode!

have contacted Asus regarding the issue, they are now looking into it.
will keep you all updated with any progress
what rjk sent to Asus said:disabling GX mode has no change to the problem
AndrewMoore mentioned this morning that when he launches the game in windowed mode, GX mode enables automatically even if it is disabled. [I don’t know if this is the case as I have not personally tested it]
Removing the card still fixes the issue.
FYI if it makes any difference, I have my GTX 480s in the 8X, 8X configuration slots not using the nf200 chip
The xonar d2x is on the pcie e lane at the bottom of the board.
I have done the following now which has stemmed from suggestions on our forum that the other affected users are trying.
1. Uninstalled service pack 1
2. Uninstalled afterburner.
3. Disabled vsync in the game
With the sound card installed:
I have ran my system on crisis benchmark for 3 hours solid and also furmark gpu test for a further 3 hours to rule out the gpus being the cause of the crash.
Both of these tests were done with prime 95 running on the cpu to ensure the pc was stable hardware wise. There is no crashing in any other application other than bf3
I have ran memtest86 as well to rule out memory.
The only step I haven’t taken is reinstalling windows
its strange, there are mixed reports but removing the sound card works for anyone reporting it so that's what I am doing.I wonder if this only affects specific Xonar cards? I am using the D2X with GX enabled and haven't had any crashes.
Im using a D2X and have had this issue both in the past and with BF3
fortunately I already knew about the GX setting fix.
When it crashes you just get a constant sound loop that cannot be stopped without a reboot.
Used to get it a lot playing Rift and Aion, totally forgot about it till I did a fresh install before BF3 and it set to on by default then had a crash whilst playing.
