Why was he banned? PMS for the mods?

Even if he was trolling it's a legitimate line of discussion - and there is a reasonable chance he wasn't trolling given the scenario he described likely happens thousands of times across the country. It's also funny seeing OcUK's moral outrage meter go into overdrive.

It least i can tell my daughter that i was a real man by working and how hard it was to raise a family. you sir are a yellow belly coward.

He was trolling though, and as was stated by a mod, he was previously banned. (stinka)

I used the benefits advisor and came up with this:


Jobseeker's Allowance (Income based) £105.95 per week
Child Tax Credit £59.36 per week
Housing Benefit £80.00 per week
Council Tax Benefit £1.12 per week
Child Allowance £25.00 per week

Total weekly income £271.43 per week

Then again, I imagine a lot of people in this situation are on the fiddle anyway - leaving work to live a life on benefits through choice is probably the same mindset that people who fiddle the system have.
