The last number i saw bandied around was 50 odd. But, remember that a skill trainer can train you 4 or 5 points in a skill per level (not usable points but skill points). So find the skill trainer of your chosen path(s) as soon as possible so as to not miss out.Just got a quick question as I haven't played these sort of games before, just a couple of times and that was years ago. With the spell book, it doesn't say how many points I have to spend? I was worried about going into wrong tree or spending points in wrong places and regretting it later, or do we get endless supply of points to spend throughout the game?
I'm thinking of going ranged with spells and bow, that might sound like strange combo but those are things I like so far. Probably less then 2 hours in.
Game is running sweet for me, dont have an amazing rig or anything, they've made a well optimized rig, got 50-60fps with HD5770, everything on high and ticked all the boxes.
What do you expect, we're starved of good RPGS and TES are up there in the best of all time, there really is no serious competition. They don't have a battlefield / modern warfare love hate thing going onwoah twice as many people playing skyrim than mw3? didnt expect that! pc gamers still have some good taste compared to consoletards

Get some jewellery that will give you better trader prices. Best i've found so far is a 10% necklace.Just slayed my first dragon and looted the dragon bones and scales. Does anyone know where the best place to sel them is? It said the dragon bones were worth 500 but i'm having trouble finding a buyer who'll pay even half that.
Skyrim's full of cheats and swindlers!
Is anyone getting this when they occasionally enter a building?

Also, I allowed poor stray dog to die (sniff) and now no-one else will follow me.
I'm only going by the numbers I've came across on the Bethesda forums so i can't be definite. As for rest, it's not in vanilla and i doubt they'll patch it but it will be one of the first mods guaranteed.Oh so there is a cap to skills points like in wow. Well can we reset them later at a class trainer if we decide we put the points in the wrong area and wasted some. Or perhaps would simply like to try out a different tree?
on a side note, I really think this game should have multi-player, it feels like the kinda game that should have multi-player. Maybe in the future they could make a skyrim mmo.
Hold down A instead of clicking it.How does one go about picking up objects and moving them around? Obviously if you press the A button it puts it into the inventory but I want to do is the same as Oblivion when you used to press LB and moved stuff about.
