Illuminati Symbolism in Popular Media

Hmm. There must be some mistake, because I found it very boring.

Apparently anyone whose company name starts with an A, and who thus inevitably ends up using a triangle in their logo, is part of the Illuminati.

****ing ridiculous.

That video isn't particularly interesting to watch i mean symbolism and stuff in general is interesting, you also probably don't get why those symbols are so similar, it's not just the pyramid its the eye or top part to look out for.

Also theres company logos, skip around this video to see some quickly if you like, recognise any?

It's not just the pyramid and eye you see, theres the sun and snake, a few others as well, there seems to be a lot of egyptian type symbolism around, look at the kind of monuments and architecture you see in many big citys, very interesting.

Edit: i just want to say i don't take this stuff that seriously, i just find it interesting.

Oh sure it's nice to draw parallels, but I think the symbolism of eyes for example doesnt directly lead to a conspiracy theory. I'm going to run with the illuminati concept because it's the obvious example. I mean I can find lots of eyes in company logos, but that doesnt necessarily mean they're under the control of the illuminati, subliminally inserting their 'message' or whatever. In most cases there's a good reason for every symbol in a logo. Eyes are fantastic for some companies who deal in any sort of information gathering/processing/sharing. It's appropriate to what they do and looks cool! Why wouldnt they use it? :)

Pyramids/triangles are again interesting, but simple and regular geometric shapes draw the eye far better than more complex images, so are very appropriate for logos. Triangles/squares/circles are common for this very reason. Also again it tends to be tailored to what the company actually does.

It's interesting to think about this sort of thing but I can't help but feel that most if not all CT explanations for this sort of phenomenon generate more problems than they solve. On the other hand, there are perfectly rational explanations which not only explain what we've seen but also dont raise more questions than they answer.

At the end of the day, I think it's far more interesting to have a discussion about how people communicate ideas and how we associate symbols with concepts/actions/social groups. We dont even need to mention a global conspiracy to have an interesting discussion about that. :)

The triangle is the most robust shape. Engineers (and thus, people) have known this for millennia.

Companies and Organisations (well, marketers for the most part) often use the Triangle as a logo to symbolise strength, robustness, rigidity, etc.

"The Illuminati" (if they even exist, it could just be the nutcases that picked it for them) did the same. Or rather, they happened to pick the Pyramids because they are (read: were at the time) the oldest structures on earth. The Pyramids are triangular, because the triangle is the most robust shape etc. etc.

Conspiracy over, ladies and gentlemen.

It's just celebrities winding people up. People in general are ridiculously gullible.

It really is as simple as that.

The thing about these symbols is as innocent as they appear it is the meaning to the ‘initiated’ that holds great significance.

9th September 1956 was a day where one man impacted the world in such a way that left many reeling in shock and disgust, whilst others became so influenced that they wanted more – this was the day a man called Elvis Presley appeared on The Ed Sullivan Show, gyrating and ‘making love’ to his guitar. Some of the public were so shocked that they (typically called puritans) accused Elvis of being a racist for impersonating black vocalists/dancers whilst others accused him of being an immoral representative of the devil!

Such was the impact of “Elvis’ pelvis” that others started to copy him and now, 54 years later, you flick on to MTV or any other music channel and you will find people ‘gyrating’ in far more provocative ways than Elvis ever did, but he was the beginning. Of course there are still the puritan types out there that state these dancers are promoting sexualisation and immorality, but the majority of the world sees nothing wrong with this anymore, but why when it was such an issue before?

We’re used to it and has simply become part of our society, just look at the ‘60’s!

It begs the question though, does our getting used to something make it right?

TV (and now the internet) has been the biggest promoter of fads, crazes and much more, it has been the most effective way to influence society than any power any government could have wielded before. It’s easy to see how in WWII, both sides used propaganda to either give a false impression of their enemy or sway the public in favour of policies and rally support. For example, the German public in the 1930’s; fed anti-Semitic sentiments in the cinemas and on the radio, but bit by bit the majority of Nazi Germany took on the views of their an anti-Semitist leaders. If the public were told at the start they had to identify all Jews in order for them to be sent to the gas chambers there would have been an outcry, no, better to bring the public on side first, softly softly catch a monkey! Of course most of the German public had no idea about the Jews!

My point is that if you’re trying to get the public used to something then you bring it in, bit by bit, softly softly, we all get used to it until we can’t remember a time it hasn’t been there, just like the Coke advert at Christmas or Simon Cowell ruining the music charts!

When you watch a film or TV program, often there are details that at first may be missed (e.g. Fight Club being a perfect example for those who have watched it), watch them again and you realise why someone said a particular thing or something shown briefly; it’s all there for a reason and designed to be part of a bigger picture.

All this symbolism we’re talking about means something to someone, to say otherwise is nothing short of sticking your head in the sand. Anyone who has been to a Masonic lodge will instantly recognise several symbols, many have been mentioned (e.g. Eye of Horus, Pan), a quick search on Google will show these symbols aren’t there for fun, but for a reason and principally to get used to them, softly softly.

What are we supposed to be getting used to? Simply, the occult. Of course many will deny this but simply explain it away as always having been around, but not actually explain it's meaning.

Anyone who denies that there is illuminati symbolism all over music videos and films is a dimwit, there is simply no debate about it, it is a fact. The reason behind it being there is debatable but it is there, you have to be blind or stupid, or both, not to realise that.

Please elaborate and give examples, i'm actually interested

I think we need to understand illuminati here should be understood as occult as we know little about the illuminati other than what the media has portrayed, these symbols stem from the occult in one form or another.

Symbols in popular culture being used in popular culture. I don't really think there is anything more meaningful than that. However that won't stop the various nutters thinking it means more and is a sign of something.

I'm very confused.

Is there some illuminati insider who has leaked all these symbols so that every geek on the Internet can go about pointing out how everything is illuminati?

Seriously if I run or were in a huge organisation with limitless power I can think of many more interesting and devious things to do than make Beyonce prance about in a certain way on a video, actually, I would make her prance about on my face.

Then there is the other symbols, if they are so secret how comes they add their symbols to every company they supposedly run, surely that's just asking for people with nothing better to do than try and find them, kind of gives the game away imo.

If our secret services can walk among us and perform survelance un-noticed by the general public (hell, even undercover police!) then how comes the most powerful secret organisation in the world leaves a trail of "evidence"?

It's all part of a grand plan to take down Tracer Tong. Not stop asking questions or trouble!
