Smogsyyyyyyyyy where the mixed mode!!!! I love your server but I miss rush :(

Whilst I'm in here, I have a 5.1 set up on Creative X-Fi, currently using war tapes but it there a better option? It just says hi fi and that seems a bit old school?

the plan currently:

Keep 32man conquest
Get a dedicated karkand server - once its be tested that maps dont crash etc move maps to the 32man conquest

which will leave the 2nd server to be rush only or rush/conquest mixed.

but this might mean i need donations. to keep both running. however im in talks atm which might mean getting donations will be easy :D
 
Just played Rush on Metro (defending) and my god so funny, 44 kills with the 870MCS.. Kept going behind the enemy and squads of 2/3 in one space, boom, boom all dead :D
 
Love using war tapes, crank up the volume and turn on noise cancelling on my ns 1000's, then proceed to deafen myself.:D
 
Got first roadkill with plane earlier! Sniper on a rock and saw he was spotted plane started locking me so I dived between loads of trees evades the lock then had a perfect line up for him and he wasn't even prone so I just flew right into him and he went mental on chat hahaha I was lolling so hard!

Haha I thought about doing that so many times! Lots of haters in this thread of the past 3 pages. I think the spacing between points is fine at present - allows infantry to play effectively without the need for vehicles. Not really bothered to play Metro that much as it bores me.
 
BF3 Crashing

i am a really sad panda right now! i have upgraded to a GTX570 from a 470 now BF3 keeps crashing! :( so not only does the servers drop i also get the game crashing to windows and locking up about every 20 mins, i have to go to task manager to end task :(

anyone have this issue??

I found that the very latest drivers cause crashes. If you download the drivers released on the 26th they are quite stable (from my experience).

Now that you mentioned kubra dam, it does seem to be a very nice large map. This flying video imo is epic. Reminds me of wipeout 2097!! :cool:

They were 3 damn good pilots with massive amounts of unlocks and they just kept ripping my AA to peices.

I think I got each of the once to them killing me 6 or 7 times each :(

Sorry only just got a chance to reply (thread grows too damn fast)

On the rush version, still pretty sure it was Caspian, there is no mobile or static AA, so your only hope of downing the enemy pilot, was your own attack craft, i.e jet/chopper.
Wouldn't be so bad if it was just a normal attack jet, but that map had the frogfoot/A-10, so I was pretty much decimating the enemy armour.

Sorry if that isn't very clear, had a late night, brains been mush all day :p

I wish aircraft didn't auto-repair, which would give tanks/jeeps a chance to wittle them down, force them to land if they want to repair.
TBH I'm not a fan of regenerating health/armour.
