Definitely worth it. Got everything in there you could ever want to know. £17 is pretty cheap considering how many pages of info it contains. You get a nice fold out map as well with cities/towns/roads marked on it.
My frame sample finally arrived (they sent it second class):
It was a bit darker than the previews showed online, but its still a nice match and there wasnt anything better for this map, so now its ordered and dispatched
How much has it cost you to frame? and where from?

This, got it cheaper from retail and i got a map... Plus didn't have to download (only the day1 patch) just installed from disk.

For people asking about the game guide, it's definitely comprehensive! Ordered mine from Game. I would say it's worth getting.
Is it worth it? I use to buy guides but found them complete crap!
Good news if it's in then. However if I hit someone who's in mid swing be it with arrow, sword, shield they still complete their swing and hit me.please L2P before slatting a feature in the game thats in their and then some!
Guy at the inn. Turns it into black star that will harvest grand souls from any people you kill (with suitable soul capture in force).. Allows for some very epic enchantments... Much better than the white star.

A lot of guides are in fact complete wastes of time, this however is very good and well worth having.

How many bandits, forsworn and necromancers have you killed so far? I think my list reaches into the thousands, Human does not mean Innocent.
Seriously I would advise people against taking the White Star, it's a massive waste when white soul gems are so common and black gems so rare (besides buying of course but they are far from cheep), seeing as humans are number 1 on our list of quest related genocide targets, being able to guarantee grand souls by just wandering around is invaluable.

Just a quick chip in to simply add that I'm utterly and constantly gobsmacked by the design and beauty in this game...
I've just come out of a cavern which could possibly be the biggest in it and was walking around it in a complete daze for a good hour. I looked totally out of place in my ramped up Elven armour mind - some adventuring gear or "Journey to the centre of the Earth" type of get up would have been a lot more apt....you'll know when you are there
It may be a while before I get back to slicing people's heads off again lol.
