Ahh society today, especially the kids nowadays who like to thieve then write stupid demeaning letters such as this one below:

‘Dear Victim.’
He wrote: ‘I don’t no why I am writing a letter to you! I have been forced to write this letter by ISSP.
‘To be honest I’m not bothered or sorry about the fact that I burgled your house. Basicly it was your own fault anyways. I’m going to run you through the dumb mistakes you made. Firstly you didn’t draw your curtains which most people now to do before they go to sleep.
‘Secondly your dumb you live in Stainburns a high risk burglary area and your thick enough to leave your downstairs kitchen window open. I wouldnt do that in a million years.
‘But anyways I don’t feel sorry for you and Im not going to show any sympath or remores.’

Yes its a daily fail article but i also read about it in the Sun but makes you think what the hell is wrong with society for kids to write letters like this.

I'll admit that the bit about its your fault did make me chuckle a bit....the kid has balls to write that.

but I bet if the owner caught him and beat the crap out of him or shot him with a shotgun like that farmer dude it would be different. The owner would say your'e dumb its your fault for breaking in to my house, the courts would go your banged up for assault.

This countries judicial system sucks on great big hairy donkey testicles !!

There ought to a Godwin equivalent for defending homeowners using Tony Martin as your paragon.
 
Can't believe some of you are advocating it being the owners fault because window was open.

Just because you can get access doesn't mean you have the rights to. What a ridiculous view to take.

what are you on about? where is that actually said?
There is a reason this letter is out in the public - because the police want people to take his advice, it is stupid (or dumb) to leave ground windows open at night and even more stupid (or dumb) to allow the contents of your house to be viewable to mr jo bloggs in the street.

doesnt mean what the theif did was right, but thats not the point of the article!:o

its the only example I could think of on the fly without doing any more extensive research. I fully accept that its not even in the same ball park, and that I was indeed using a Daily Mailesque sensationalism style of writing !! for this I apologise !! :D
