My mate at work who's a keen cyclist swears by jelly babies! I've read that in a lot of other places too.

Not sure exactly why, but they're meant to be good mid ride fuel.
 
Looks ok, I wouldn't trust it to be accurate at low torques though (0-10Nm). That might just be me though, and I don't use a torque wrench for any of my own bikes. (cue them all imploding next time I'm out!)
 
I had to double take when I opened that map!

You went right past my house, I may have even passed you earlier, there were crap loads of cyclists out today.

Looks like a good route, might have to do that :)

I said hello to quite a few people today and went past a big group going the other way out near Defford.

I was in black and white, Castelli top with red piping and the bike is also white with black and red piping. :D
I'm Just installing PowerDirector10 on this new PC so I can upload some footage..
Mostly pillocks overtaking too close... oh and one where I fell off :o :D

But I was on the way to the gym for a spinning class, so not slacking! ;)

Weather looks good for the start of next week, albeit a tad windy.....aiming to cycle to work quite a few times if I can.

Cool, cheers. One issue is that on the carbon fork there are no torque ratings printed, this makes me feel nervous about adjusting the disk brake callipers as is required for replacing brake pads and from what little i know, carbon doesn't like being over-torqued. I think i'll drop boardman an email to see if they can send me a manual or something.

I try to use it every ride (and in the car) but the battery only lasts 2.5hrs. so I selectively switch it on to try and conserve some of it.

I got the dhb corefit long sleeve one from wiggle. Paired up with my altura windproof its all I've needed so far this winter
