Anyone know how to fix 'disconnected from server' bf3 was working fine last night today I am kicked after 30 seconds or so. Done the obvious which is try updating punkbuster but the client says I am running the latest verson already.

Guided missile is a waste of time in my opinion. Rocket POD's are awesome once you get the hang of them.

Had blast with West1e in the tank I was lazing targets and west1e owing everything in sight works really well especially if the 2nd gunner has javelin.

I was in the middle of a tdm round a few mins ago, all of a sudden my system restarted itself. Dont think it was a crash, as windows booted fine with no start windows normally etc. Had about 15 kills in the round, will theese still be saved? Can only assume some program running in the background required a restart.

Metro 64p, grand bazaar can work too though, takes some getting used to but I'm starting to get 40-50 kills per round on 1k tickets. Still need practice.

I take it you had to crush them against a wall? I ran into many, but didn't get the kill.

At 6 MAV kills so far.

For the pilot rocket pods are essential and they don't take any time to learn, spam for long range disables, works with jet as well. IMO they are a bit cheap but then again so is the MAA.

Below is an example of how easy it is in a jet.

That is why I never played on smogsy server, cause I knew that lander played there pretty much all the time, however I may be on quite a lot now!

My problem, is that I spent too long as a server admin and I know all too well how false positives can crop up.

Does punk buster ever make available any screenshots or other proof ? Or even details of what it found ?

Yes they do make screenshots available and i've not yet seen a False positive given on an autoban yet.... If you say " I've spent far to much as an admin" i cant see how you can make a statement like above.. But hey what do I know.

Mostly down to the clustered maps design with only 5 caps, hopefully B2K will bring back some classic battlefield action.

Agreed, I've put about 20 hours into it so far, I don't have the desire to put anymore given it's current state.

No they are not OP, they have an area of effect, you can even see it in his first volley! They are supposed to shoot from left and right sides, but there is an easy to abuse bug that if you tilt the plane, you can fire from one side only and have all 14 hit! It's even in the patch notes for the next server update.
