What film did you watch last night?

Twilight: Eclipse - 8/10

Watched this to get me up to date with the story as going to see Breaking Dawn in the cinema. I thought it was good but not great. The vampire/werewolf part of the story is actually good, but the romantic parts are just a bit too long and way over the top, taking the pace right out of the movie.

8/10?
You must be female!

Unfortunately not, maybe I need help lol. Have you seen it though?

The romantic parts are enough to make you want to keep a bucket next to you just in case. But if you can look past that, the rest of the story is alright, I like the vampires vs werewolves thing. I've no doubt any girl would give it 10/10 though.

I have and I'd give it 6/10 as far as Vampires/Werewolves go - It was slow moving but that was to be expected. I didn't even finish the movie either because I got bored of the blandness.

Fair enough, it was too slow, and if they'd edited out maybe half an hour or so, it would've been better. I'll not try to defend my rating anymore, I'm already feeling ashamed. Maybe I'll go and drink some beer and start a fight or something to man up a bit :D

Warrior - Far better than The Fighter IMO, the events that happen in the film are not going to take anyone by surprise but the story and cinematography are superb! The trailer depicts this film so wrong, the fighting plays little part in the overall film

Drive - Another superbly made film that isnt going to take any one by surprise in the plot line or outcome, but it doesn't need them, the film plays tribute to the likes of Mulholland Drive and maybe even No Country for old men without being quite as deep.

The Inbetweeners.

I must be in a tiny group that never saw it at the cinema. It was alright, nothing amazing but a fine way to spend 90 minutes in an evening. I doubt I'll go back to it, but nothing bad to say about it. 7/10 I suppose.

Started watching Driver in bed last night, but fell asleep. It seems to be worthy of a proper watch albeit it may be a bit boring.
